Greg Bentley is the co-founder of Black Cap Brewing Company, where a passion for artisan beer and a heart for community come together. With years of homebrewing experience behind him, Greg helped build Black Cap into a place known for fresh, hand-crafted beer, quality craftsmanship, and a relaxed atmosphere that invites conversation and connection. For Greg, the brewery is about more than what’s in the glass—it’s about creating a welcoming space where people can slow down, gather, and enjoy something made with care.

Laura Cesky is a Branch Manager II at Members 1st Federal Credit Union, specializing in the banking industry.
With over 8 years of experience in financial services, Laura plays a vital role in overseeing branch operations, managing a team of customer service representatives, and ensuring exceptional member experiences. She previously served as the Assistant Branch Manager, demonstrating a proven track record of career progression within the organization.

As Chief Executive Officer at Create Socially, John had accrued over two decades of marketing and business experience. He holds a Bachelor of Arts
in Biblical Studies, as well as a Master of Arts in Leadership Studies from Lancaster Bible College.
He served his country as a Structural Journeyman in the United States Air force from 2008-2013, in the United States, Japan, and Germany.
His favorite thing about working at Create Socially is the opportunity to help business owners reach their business goals.
John is also a passionate coach and trainer with a joy for helping others improve their business and personal lives.

Troy is a graduate of Red Lion Area School District, PA Army National Guard, and an Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran. He served as a Police Officer for 15 years in Lancaster County.

Chief Kurtis Timmer is retired from both the United States Capitol Police and the United States Army Reserve. He served on both Active Duty and in the Army Reserves. He graduated from the United States Army Signal School, Military Police School, Sergeants Major Academy, and The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. His assignments in the Army included Communications Specialist, Patrol Supervisor, Desk Sergeant, Military Police Instructor, First Sergeant and Command Sergeant Major. He was active for Operation Noble Eagle and Operation Iraqi Freedom. His assignments include Germany, Korea, Iraq, and several Visits to Afghanistan. His awards include the Combat Action Badge, Legion of Merit, Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal, and Army Achievement Award. He retired as a Command Sergeant Major after 36 years of service. His Civilian Police service includes both the United States Treasury Bureau of Engraving and Printing and the United States Capitol Police. His assignments with the Capitol Police included First Responder Unit, Patrol Officer, Crime Scene Search, (Evidence Technician), Field Training Officer, Police Academy Instructor/Legal Instructor, Patrol Sergeant, and Commander of the Intelligence Section. He retired from the U.S. Capitol Police after 32 years of service. His Military and Civilian training courses and schools include the Defense Support of Civilian Agencies, Senior Enlisted Joint Training Course, EVOC, NIMS, Homeland Security Evaluation and Exercise Program, (HSEEP), Course, Several Traffic Incident Management Courses, Wilderness SAR Responder, Basic and Advance Grid and Search Management course, Basic and Advance Inland Search Management Courses, MSO (Search Management), Landing Zone Course, Water Awareness Course, Water Emergency Response, Sky Warn Course, Advance Sky Warn Course and CPR and AED Certified. Chief Timmer has also completed ICS 100, through 800. Chief Timmer joined our team in Aug 2014, he serves this Team as the Chief, PIO and serves as the Equipment Committee Chair. Chief Timmer also serves as the Deputy Coordinator for East York County Emergency Management. He is married to Jimi Timmer and has three Adult Children and four granddaughters.

Steve Trott is a seasoned professional and the driving force behind MT Builders LLC, as a Managing Partner, bringing over 25 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. With a strong foundation in both design and home remodeling, MT has built a reputation for delivering high-quality craftsmanship tailored to each client’s vision. His expertise spans everything from concept development and space planning to full-scale renovations, ensuring projects are not only functional but also aesthetically refined.
